These rifles come from Taurus as “Blemished”. They carry the standard Taurus Long Gun Warranty, but this warranty does not apply to cosmetic blemishes. Whoever applied the stamped “X” did a pretty poor job, and should probably find a different career.
We’ve sold well over 100 of these rifles thus far, and by and large, they are in very good condition, with an assortment of minor scrapes and scuffs on the metal and wood surfaces. The vast majority of them have very darkly stained wood.
